Welcome to Malina Marinero. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and our sailing charter services. By accessing our website or booking any charter, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

Note: These terms also apply to bookings made via third‑party platforms if applicable.

1. Booking Terms

  • Bookings are confirmed when we receive your deposit or full payment and we send you a confirmation (email or other written/electronic communication).

  • You must provide accurate personal information (name, contact details, any health concerns or dietary restrictions).

  • All prices are in [insert currency, e.g. USD/EUR] and include what is specified (meals, accommodation aboard, itinerary). We reserve the right to adjust prices before booking confirmation.

2. Payment & Pricing

  • We are not liable for injuries or incidents arising from failure to follow safety instructions, personal negligence, or pre‑existing medical conditions.

6. Travel Documents & Entry Requirements

  • If travelling internationally, you are responsible for required documents (passport, visa, vaccinations).

  • We are not liable if you are denied boarding or entry because of missing or invalid documents.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • Participation is at your own risk.

  • We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or delays due to reasons beyond our control (weather, mechanical issues, etc.).

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the charter, except where local law prohibits such limitation.

8. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to respect local laws, marine environment, crew, other guests, and local communities.

  • Any behavior deemed illegal, unsafe, or disrespectful may result in removal from the charter without refund.

9. Use of Photos & Testimonials

  • We may take photographs or videos during the charter. By participating, you grant us permission to use these for promotional and marketing purposes, unless you inform us otherwise.

  • You may be invited to provide feedback; unless you request otherwise, feedback may be used (anonymised or named) as part of marketing.

10. Governing Law
